Integrative Bodywork for the Superficial Posterior Compartment #1
2 hours = 2 non-contact hour CEs
This is the first of two installments addressing the Superficial Posterior Compartment of the Lower Leg. Throughout this two hour workshop we are primarily focused on the most superficial of these muscles, the Gastrocnemius. Over this two hour course several manual and PNF techniques are demonstrated and explained.

This is the second of two installments addressing the Superficial Posterior Compartment of the Lower Leg. Throughout this two hour workshop we are primarily focused on the Soleus. Over this two hour course several manual and PNF techniques are demonstrated and explained.
Integrative Bodywork for the Ankle
2 hours = 2 non-contact hour CEs
Primarily here as we look at the ankle we are doing so mostly from the perspective of the bones and joints and the specifics of the biomechanics that allow the muscles that cross this joint to create movement. The anatomical nature, structure, movements,and functions of the ankle are explained and illustrated Joint mobilization techniques and PNF/MET techniques are specifically explained and demonstrated.
